Worked some more on Phil's bass (you can check that out here) and my ukulele today.
On Phil's, I cut out the headstock ears and glued them on, drilled the holes for the control pots, and pre-wired the preamp on my dummy board.\
On my ukulele, I rough cut the fretboard, glued it on, trimmed and radiused it, set the side dots, fretted it, and cut out and glued on the headstock ears.
Lessons learned today:
- Soldering irons are hot
- Mandolin fretwire is stupid difficult to work with
- Padauk and walnut getting toward burning smell amazing together
